The Mill Apartments were developed in response to the growing need for attainable housing for people who live and work in the Fraser Valley. The community includes 60 income-qualified one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments designed for comfortable, year-round living.
Income-Qualified Housing
The apartments are reserved for households that meet income qualifications based on household size. Eligibility is determined using Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines, which are updated annually to reflect income levels in the area and help ensure these homes remain available to qualifying residents.
